The Azara Outlet
The Azara Outlet is a patent-pending, thermally monitored 240V electrical receptacle engineered for high-current applications. Unlike typical solutions that monitor for overheating at the cable or a vehicle connection, the Azara Outlet detects heat directly inside the receptacle — the most common point of failure — and automatically disconnects power before damage can occur.
Improper installation and repeated use over time can degrade connections in a standard outlet. This creates electrical resistance, generating heat that can go unnoticed until it causes a dangerous failure or fire. The Azara Outlet addresses this risk with built-in thermal sensors at the most critical contact points, ensuring overheating is identified and acted upon instantly.
How It Works
The Azara Outlet is designed to be a direct replacement for most standard NEMA 240V receptacles, integrating seamlessly into current installations.
All of our products contain thermal sensors directly on the contact points inside the receptacle. In the event a thermal sensor reaches the overheating threshold, the circuitry inside the outlet will automatically disconnect, stopping the flow of power through the receptacle.
Once a safe temperature has been reached – power will then be restored.
This functionality has been engineered to operate without any required smart features or the need for another app on your phone.
